You can create the thread and if the admins see that appropriate they will allow it to be seen.

i would like to start a campaign to ask the change and reform deputies in the parliament and especially hagop pakradounian and arthur nazarian to come up with a new legislation asking for anyone who makes racist remarks about the armenians or any other minority in lebanon to be subject to some sort of a pealty under the law.the way things are going sounds very dangerous on the armenians .with the smallest mis-hap in the country the armenians are going to be a legitemate target for the different groups in the country especially if they are armed.this is a very dangerous situation and it should not be ignored .pls i ask you to help me because i have no idea how u start a thread etc etc.i saw ur name armenian and clicked on it and i realised i can write a message to u.by the way this is not an impossible request,just there is a law in europe and USA concerning any anti semetic remarks made by anyone we can also have a similar law in lebanon.
