Proxy websites and Tayyar.org

Why is it impossible now to browse tayyar.org using a proxy website?
All news websites are blocked at work,so usually I browse tayyar.org using a proxy,but lately I am unable to browse tayyar.org using a proxy.
It either redirect me to the old elections page,or keep loading and loading without showing anythn.
I usually use glype scripts websites because they are the best proxies available now.
