both do the moderation activities,
but the team leaders will be responsibles of the mods, heads of the team .
they "moderate" moderators' job , they assign or remove moderators.
they have more access than mods , in other words, they are like the admins of their sections.
they are the ones who receive suggestions and complaints from the members.
