Yep, if that keeps happening, this support group won't be able to help you there. You'd need other forms of help. We just are not qualified. lol

as i read some of the posts in here, i thank God, i'm over this! i used to be like this before, so addicted that i used to spend all my time at work checking the forum then come back home check it, go out and come back to check who replied to my post, what happened to that thread... then you reach a certain point you have to live your life! now i check the forum only when i'm at work, since im all the time at work connected to the internet, i leave it open, but the addiction is gone! i dont check it in the week ends, not when i'm home... i totally forget what i wrote until i check it the next day!
i enjoy the forum a lot, but can't go back to state i was at before... i can go for a long time not checking it, but if i like to check the news, i click lfpm, not any other link!

Well it seems you reached an advanced stage, we all aspire to this I guess
I know for example soon I wont be able to check the forum that much, or not at all. But will come back of course, time to time:)

i believe it's for the best!
i like the forum and i'm glad it's here, i work in an indoors company, so even if surrounded by colleagues, you dont have a contact with people from 8 to 5, so the forum comes as a real help!
but i believe all of us should have another life, a real one outside the forum. it's a great space to interact, but you need real people to deal with in real life!
plus, real life is different out there, i admit, that when i was going through a lot of problems in my life, this forum and many friends in here were next to me... i still consider this forum as a big nice family... but you have to have your own life!

it will come with time,,, it will start when you dont have a time to do 2 things at the same time,... then you will become a regular member with no addiction!

Though some would be trigger happy I know dont worry I wont leave for now

You know now mainly my work allows it to spend much time on forum, later it will change for sure.
