ur equation is applicable if the forum is a routine forum...which is not :
i give u an example :
If u combine the election's thread posts ( metn , beirut1, zahleh ,.....) u would reach a number maybe near 30'000 posts these were only in 2 month almost
july war same thing.... etc....
on a routine basis...it might still take a year.....but in "lebanese action drama" mode it might take less.....
2nd point : when the forum was built...it had a handfull of members....now we are reaching almost 20'000 .....also this is an exponential and not linear equation : more members => the posting rate is increasing..... if each member posted ( theoratically) 5-6 posts today...we would make 100'000 posts in a single DAY !!!!
3rd : if a competion is made to reach the number and incitives given to forumers to post to reach that number , I think this is doable by the ned of 2009
