There is a contradiction between X figures and those of chief, X says that OTV is competing for the second position (probably with al jadeed) and MTV is struggling to keep away from the last position , Chief on the other hand says that MTV will overpass OTV very soon if things continue on the same pattern.

Moreover,we should take into consideration that OTV is broadcasting only through satellite ( which covers 85%of lebanese, the other 15% don't have a satellite)...If OTV can manage to broadcast on local antenna, it will gain more ground by penetrating those additional 15%...

It is a very important step i believe, can you X or chief tell us how does it cost and if it is worth on cost/revenue ratio.

What is it with you people??? Do you honestly find MTV to be better than OTV???

MTV is soo artificial and fake, almost everything they put makes me want to puke! starting from that moronic show "wanted", that serge zarka guy ma byo2ta3! ugly, phony and stupid, and that girl with him is just sooooooooo artificial. But of all the stupid shows they have, one really really taps on my nerves and it's "@MTV" OH MY GOD!! those kids represent exactly my view of the decadendance of Lebanon! They have nothing Lebanese! they speak like americans, act like americans, and probably s*** like americans too! and it's even worse when they try to speak french!!! OMG, that show should be banned with all its staff hangged! All those "MTV aLive" programs are really sh****.

As for OTV, I really don't understand what's the issue you're raising with the colours and stuff? It's the same style as any other Channel! OH no! I forgot! you guys seem to like the flashy colours and methods of MTV! l3amma bi fawnso 3yooneh kel ma shoofoon!.

I'll soon write more about the subject with details about programs in OTV, but right now something urgent came up....

Correct, OTV in the month of October has been in the second position, as you can see in the graph bellow, OTV has an average of 29930 viewer over the 24 hours per day, compared to 26654 for NTV, 19000 MTV and 15000 Future.

OTV is doing great during the prime time (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM) thanks to great programs like LOL, Le2ouna 3al Seha, Oof and others.

You have to take into consideration the 10% of the people who don't have cable! while all other stations have 99% followers, only 1% of the Lebanese don't have a TV station

You have to take into consideration the boycott of OTV for political reasons.

OTV is a TV station with 170 employees while the others have 2 or 3 times more employees.

So if you take all those into consideration and study the graph, you can see that OTV is doing excellent

Excuse me if i was harsh in the beginning but sometimes we have to shake things a little bit.

Still some improvement needed in the Colors of the screen it needs life,
I will no comment on the news this is what is required at this level,

Are you seeing the Ads on the roads for MTV and FTV?

They have started a huge campaign and if you have noticed, they are not promoting a specific new program

OTV's latest success effected them badly since the increased number of OTV viewers are coming from FTV and mainly from LBC, NTV and MTV, that is why they suddenly launched advertising campaign because each week they are loosing more viewers to OTV thanks to some of the great programs on OTV.

they are doing that for a purpose:

at 8:00 the satelite channel stops broadcasting the news it will only continue in the land channel (ardyeh)

that's a smart move from them , because they want to keep the resistance image clean in the view of the outside people and in the same time they want to be involved in the lebanese daily mumbo-jumbo without tarnishing the resistance image
