Ya3neh seriously, war2et na3weh sayrin! I watched the re-run today, and found it hilarious!
1- It got a message through to Feb 14 media that their BS on La Youmal or other "shows" of the like will not go unanswered (= in your face bitters).
2- It felt so natural, as if 2 ppl joking at home, the jokes are very down to earth and sha3biyyet, i like
3- The cast salbeh, even if you feel they're not as professionals as the cast of other programs, but it's the first episode, give them a break, the potential is there! The girl is hilarious be it in style or in looks or in acting, and the guys too, all of them! Maybe they need to recruit one or 2 more peeps, but theyre fine, they just need to get used to each others! I didnt get annoyed by any of them, and as i said, theyre very natural and smooth, they dont overdo it! i appreciated that a lot
4- the social sketches are awesome, they reminded me of the good old days of SLCHI on Mtv, simple and light, a new spirit! I loved the sketch where the guy was asking about a hotel...everybody cracked laughing here!
5- the political sketches 7elwin too, latshet mrattabeh, and for once we dropped the ostrich or the lamb strategy, call it whatever u want but it's the one where we sit like cowards, hold the higher moral ground (plus royaliste ke le roi) and say: no, we the FPM are angels, we do not do anything bad w m3awwadin 3al bahdaleh bas ma fi shi bi 3alle2 ne7na akbar men heik...eh baleha ba2a, finally somebody has the guts to give those bitters a taste of their own medicine.
I understood that the next episodes will focus more on social sketches and far less political sketches, so to all those whining there u have it. Me, personnally, i hope there'll always be one or 2 political sketches, they dont always have to be about GMA, but someone's got to reply to the bitters and show the people how absurd they are, li anno some people in Lebanon ma byefhamo ella eza sherbo bel male23a!
And for Gods sake, lets not criticize OTV or FPM kel ma ze7o 1 cm 3an el khatt. This is a jungle we're living in, so let's drop the "soeur Marie de petit Enfant Jesus" attitude.
Great work Shady Hanna and all the staff! |
