OTV program on the civil war?

Hi everyone,

A few months ago, a friend of mine told me that OTV - or at least I think it was OTV - aired a program, where people from both sides were asked why they thought the war had started in 1975. Apparently, people from all sides were using tons of different excuse, one might think they were all taking part in a different war...

I never got the chance to see that, but he told me that you could see it on internet - youtube perhaps.

Does anyone know about it?
