Guide to watch OTV in US and Canada

I almost have what you have and I lost OTV too (after moving to another house) so I'll try to find it this weekend. as for the bigger dish, honestly I did try it and I am getting california channels now

I do have signal but it get scramble on Viewsat, not showing anymore. Even my nFusion receiver they fix the file this week for GC and most of the channels working except OTV. I checked the lyngast 97West channels, OTV moved from channel 66 to 58 but with the video/audio frequency are still the same. So I rescand both receivers, no luck yet . But Friend of mine have Captiveworks claim that he still able to watch it on his receiver.
Any reply on this issue.

Correct, it's not free. It's scrambled. The monthly subscription with WorldTV is around $10.

After contacting friends and relatives in the USA, they all called dishnetwork and got the same answer "if OTV is requested by a big nbr of ppl, it will be added to our list of channels".

My questions for those living in the US and knowing their system:

1) Are they honest with this, or "3am bi2ardfouna" and its all about money?
2) If yes, cant we organized a series of phone calls to the central administration of dish network...am sure we all have contacts and relatives there, maybe we can make a difference...
