Very possible but illegal. Now the illegal part is kind of tricky, because there is no way for them to know what you have unless you allow them access to your house.
The FTA receivers can range in price between $100 and $500 depending on the features like HD capable and PVR.
You can get all DN channels including pay channels and all the Pay per view. You need a separate dish for the Arabic channels but you will get them on the same receiver.
The setup is pretty simple. DN usually sends an ECM (electronic counter measure) every now and than to stop the receivers from working. Depending on which receiver you buy, your down time will be about 2 hours until the receiver company writes a new code to counter the ECM. Some companies are faster than others in releasing the codes.
