Ghassan should have been given the necessary budget to take this program to a higher level.
I see many useless programs that I can't stand like that about 3azeyim, even Ovrira (new episodes) are bad. Someone should tell Kouki that she's not funny with such character.

Charbel Khalil and Ghassan Rahbani are 2 losses that can not be recovered, no matter who is the person leaving other TV station and coming to OTV... Charbel and Ghassan are true FPMers and they were giving OTV because of their believes first then for money... Whoever comes later will come for money first... Charbel and Ghassan could defend OTV and FPM like no one could... Charbel's view in OTV marked its start and made us proud of having a station focused on lebanese productions that much, and after Charbel left, this has dropped down big time, and instead of lebanese series we saw russian series... same thing for Ghassan.... I think his presence alone in OTV was a big push to the station regardless of his program.

Someone should admitted... there's something worng going in OTV, at least when it comes to those 2 men.

It is obvious that OTV is looking for anything that brings money..they host mike feghali the witch/charlatan and the dreams interprete on friday morning, just because many lebanese are supersticious and believe in these bullshits, and they call/send smses to 1474, which brings lots of money to the station........

What a shame, OTV dumping ghanni ma3 ghassan and charbel khalil for financial outage/crisis, and they are hosting the devil/charlatan mike feghali just to earn some extra money from dumb people sending smses to 1474.....

This strategy might be successful money wise, on short run only, but i believe that OTV will become banckrupt both financial wise and audience wise in the mediem and long runs...

I am very disappointed, what a shame:(

X, i know ghassan rahbani very well, the man is not a liar, and he doesn't need money and he is not looking for money ( you know this very well), and you know very well that Ghassan rahbani didn't earn any single penny from Ghanni ma3 ghassan incomes (ads,sms,etc...), everything went to the station...But when he asked them to put some extra budget to improve the program and make it bigger, they refused....( i called ghassan yesterday and he told me that).

Yes there are some shows on OTV who many people don't like, but those shows bring money, if OTV stop those shows, will you pay the salaries of those 200 employees?

OTV management asked Ghassan to reduce the expenses of his program, today in the current grid, there are 4 OTV production costing all of them combined the same as Ghanny ma3a Ghassan (Min la Min, Oof, LOL and Jeyin enjarebkon).

You are saying Ghassan byeshteghel men kell albo w mesh hammo el masare, if that is the case, why didn't he accept to cut the costs of his show?

There are Media stations out there (MTV, LBC and Al Nahar) firing it's employees, there are TV stations out there who have no local production at all (they only buy Dramas) while OTV is increasing the local production, all of you were asking for new programs and now OTV has lot of new programs and few of them are already much bigger hit than what Ghanny ma3a Ghassan was, "LOL" and "Oof" and "Le2ouna 3al Se7a" are attracting much bigger number of viewers than Ghassan.

Mesh 3am befham shou badkon? you wanted more programs, OTV's new grid is full of new OTV's production programs (not a Mexican or Turkish production)

As for the Drama about Charbel Khalil leaving OTV and now Ghassan leaving OTV, ya jame3a look outside the box, in the media world, and in Lebanon too, "Stars" switch channels, Tony Khalife was LBC and switched to NTV, Simon Asmar was TL and switched to LBC and now to MTV, Reymond Saliba (Basmet Watan) was LBC and switched to FTV, Adel Karam and Naem Halawi were FTV and switched to LBC during Ramadan and now are with no station. There will always be people switching from one TV to another, Charbel and Ghassan left OTV? in return Carlos Ghazar, Pascale Chemali, Wissam Sabagh, Maguy Farah, Georges Yasmin, Nada Bou Farhat, Yousef el Khal and many others joined OTV.

Ghassan and Charbel are true FPMers. as two lebanese superstars saying publicly and loudly they are FPMers made all FPMers proud. this is something not all artists dare to admit. comparing them to tony khalifeh and simon asmar is wrong. it's a shock to FPMers seeing them leaving the station we consider as the FPM station (and keep in mind that the only thing keeping OTV on its feet is being an FPM station it's not the mike feghali's successful show - ma32ouli y2oul la one of the callers: botlob mennak tentebeh la ejreik?)

with studio el fann coming soon on MTV and star academy on LBC Ghassan was right in asking for improvement in his show, and he should be given that. you cant run a TV station with only one policy: cutting expenses! or you will end up one day airing abou melhem and li man toughanni el touyour!
