"El Arar 600" advertisement on the street?????

In the last couple of days, I saw on the street a new advertisement which goes like this:

"alkarar 600"

then in smaller font "ra7 yosdour chou ma kenit el natije"

then "ebtide2an men 17/4/2008".

Is thid an ad for a new program on OTV? or a trick used by someone to advertise for his product like Charcutier Aoun did last year?

any idea?
