Israel continued to violate Lebanese airspace on Wednesday. The National News Agency said that Israeli war planes performed mock air raids over the southern village of Marjayoun, the Western district as well as some regions in Jezzine.

فضيحة دخول الصحافية الإسرائيلية لبنان وبثها تقريرياً الى تل ابيب من بيروت لم تسمح بعد للمسؤولين بمعرفة ما حدث وكيف حدث؟
بل جل ما ردوا به على متابعتنا، اننا لا نرضى بما حصل ونتابع القضية لمعرفة الأمر ليبنى على الشي مقتضاه. رئيس المجلس الوطني للإعلام ابلغ المنار انه سيتقدم بشكوى الى المدعي العام غداً، ولم نتمكن من الوصول الى المصادر الأمنية المعنية كون المعني خارج لبنان
ففيما بعض الأجهزة الأمنية في السلطة اللبنانية تحصي على اللبنانيين الداخلين والخارجين من سوريا أنفاسهم، تدخل المراسلة الإسرائيلية المعروفة ليسا غولدمان بكل هدوء الى لبنان وتجول في بيروت لتعد تقريراً وترسله الى القناة العاشرة في التلفزيون الإسرائيلي عبر رسالة بثت من بيروت الى تل ابيب دون ان ترصدها الأجهزة المختصة. مما حول الأمر الى فضيحة إضافية بعد فضائح مماثلة سابقة
وقال رئيس المجلس الوطني للاعلام في لبنان عبد الهادي محفوظ: "سنجمع اكبر قدر من المعلومات حول هذه الناحية عدا عن ذلك سنحرك النيابة العامة لتحقق في هذا الموضوع
وزير الإعلام في الحكومة اللاشرعية غازي العريضي ربط إجراء مقابلة معنا حول الموضوع بانتظار ان يستكمل متابعة الملف ليبني على الشيء مقتضاه حسبما قال، وفي اتصال آخر معه قال انه لم يتأكد بعد مما إذا كان البث جرى عبر شركة بث فضائية ام عبر الانترنت. لكن فرضية الانترنت مستبعدة لان صورة التقرير ذات نوعية عالية. فمن امن عملية بث التقرير؟
وقال محفوظ في هذا الاطار: "فما اتخوف منه انا ان تكون هذه الصحفية الاسرائيلية قد اعتمدت على شركة لبنانية او على مؤسسة لبنانية او انتحلت ايضاً صفة مؤسسة لبنانية او ما شابه ذلك. من هنا اهمية ان يكون هناك تحقيق وافي امني وقضائي في هذا المجال
هذا جانب من القضية اما القضية الأساس، فكيف دخلت الصحفية الإسرائيلية ليسا غولدمان؟ ومن سهل له عملية الدخول، ومن رافقها في تجوالها خاصة وأنها تحدثت عن ان أصدقاء نصحوها بعدم زيارة الضاحية الجنوبية لان عناصر حزب الله يقظين ويمكن ان يتعرفوا عليها
وقال عضو المجلس الوطني للاعلام غالب قنديل: "واقول هنا اين هي وزارة الاعلام بعدما سئلت اين هو المجلس الوطني للاعلام، واقول هنا اين هو الامن العام اللبناني. وكيف لا تتوفر لديهم المعلومات عن الصحفيين الاسرائيليين الذين يملكون جنسيات مزدوجة
الذريعة بعدم معرفة شخصية الضيفة الاسرائيلية على بيروت، تدحضه صفحات الانترنت, فبمجرد كبسة زر عبر الغوغل، نجد صفحات ومقالات وصور لليسا غولدمان مع سيرة ذاتية عن حياتها. واذا كان دخول لبنان من قبل صحافية اسرائيلية ممكن بهذه السهولة، افليس دخول الموساد اسهل
فضحية دخول الصحافية الإسرائيلية بيروت ليست أمراً جديداً، وكل مرة تظهر الأجهزة المختصة بمظهر المنصدم مما حصل دون اللجوء الى إجراءات وقائياً لمنعها لاحقاً، فضلاً عن أننا لم نجد ملفاً قضائياً فتح لمتابعة هكذا اختراقات بل وجدنا رئيس الحكومة اللاشرعية يفتح باب الحوار مع صحيفة يدعوت احرنوت، فاين هي مواجهة التطبيع

اتصل رئيس المجلس الوطني للإعلام عبد الهادي محفوظ بالمدعي العام التمييزي سعيد ميرزا وعرض معه قضية المراسلة الاسرائيلية التي دخلت لبنان وبثت منه قبل أيام عبر التلفزيون الاسرائيلي. وأبدى ميرزا اهتمامه بالموضوع واتصل بتلفزيون المنار طالباً الشريط المسجل للمذيعة

مراسلة تلفزيون العدو الاسرائيلي في بيروت

خرق اسرائيلي جديد هذه المرة عبر الاعلام ، حيث تجولت مراسلة تلفزيون العدو المدعوة ليسا غولدمان في شوارع بيروت اتية عبر مطار بيروت وبثت رسالة من احدى شقق بيروت وبالتحديد من منطقة المنارة ما شكّل فضاء مفتوحاً بين لبنان والعدو، خارقة كل الاجراءات الامنية المفترضة
وقال مذيع في القناة العاشرة الاسرائيلية: "الان الى رسالة مراسلتنا في القناة العاشرة الى بيروت ليسا غولدمان التي سالناها عن الاجواء والشعور في مدينة بيروت
فردت المراسلة ليسا غولدمان: "سلام من بيروت حيث اقف ومن خلفي يمكن رؤية المرفأ الذي قصفته اسرائيل في الحرب الماضية، ويوجد الكثير من الحواجز للجيش اللبناني في الكثير من المناطق ويسود التوتر هذه المدينة التي تشبه كثيرا تل ابيب
المراسلة تحدثت عن مشاهداتها في بيروت بينما كانت تتنقل بحرية وقد لفت نظرها ما شهدته على اطراف الضاحية من صور عملاقة للامين العام لحزب الله الا ان ما كبح رغبتَها للدخول الى الضاحية هو الرعب الذي تملكها بعد ان ابلغها رفاقُها بما زعموه امامها من وجود حواجز لعناصر متيقظة لحزب الله تستطيع اكتشاف الاسرائيليين فور إدراجهم في الانترنت
وقالت المراسلة ليسا: "في اغلب المناطق التجارية لا تشعر بحزب الله ولا تراه لكن عندما تمر على اطراف الضاحية ترى لوحات ضخمة لنصرالله وهو يلوح بيده ويبتسم، اضافة لرايات الحزب وعندما سألت رفاقي عن دخول الضاحية نظروا الي بذهول وقالو لي انني لا استطيع الدخول الى هناك بسبب وجود حاجز لافراد الحماية التابعة لحزب الله وهم ليسوا ساذجين وعندما يحاول اي اجنبي الدخول الى هناك يبحثون عن اسمه في موقع غوغل على الانترنت فاذا قاموا بذلك فسيعرفون فوراً اني اسكن في اسرائيل وانا لست على استعداد للمخاطرة
السؤال هل هذه جرأة او مغامرة من مراسلة القناة العاشرة ام انها دخلت الى لبنان وهي مطمئنة الى ان احداً لن يعترضها، وخاصة انها تحدثت عن أصحاب لها في لبنان قاموا بإرشادها وتوجيه النصائح لها، والسؤال الاخطر انه اذا كان باستطاعة مراسلة اسرائيلية التجول في بيروت مع كاميرتها بهذه الحرية، فما الذي سيمنع دخول الاستخبارات الاسرائيلية من الباب الواسع وتنفيذ مهام امنية قد تكون التفجيرات التي يشهد لبنان جزءاً منها

On 27 July 2007:
– Between 09:00 and 12:55 hours an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over the sea off Tyre, circled over the regions of the South, then left over Naqurah;
– Between 09:20 and 10:45 hours two Israeli enemy warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over the occupied Shab`a farms area, flying north as far as Tripoli, circled over the regions of the South, Hirmil and Tripoli, then left over the Shab`a farms;

On 29 July 2007
Between 18:35 and 19:30 hours an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over the sea off Tyre, circled between Beirut and Sidon, then left over the sea off Naqurah.
On 30 July 2007:
– Between 0915 and 1000 hours an Israeli enemy reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Yarun, circled over the regions of the South, then left over Aytarun;
– Between 1030 and 1215 hours an Israeli enemy reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Rumaysh heading north, circled over the regions of the South then left over Rumaysh;

On 31 July 2007:
– Between 1435 and 2224 hours an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated
Lebanese airspace over the sea off Tyre, circled over the regions of the South and then left over `Alma al-Sha`b;
– At 2355 hours an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Rumaysh, heading north as far as Beirut, circled over Beirut and Damur and then left at 0142 hours on 1 August 2007 over Naqurah.

Sea violations
On 25 July 2007 at 0330 hours the Israeli enemy fired a flare in the direction of a Lebanese fishing vessel which was 200 metres north of the line of buoys.
On 27 July 2007 at 0300 hours because a fishing boat was in Lebanese waters at a distance of 50 metres north of the line of buoys the Israeli navy fired two flares into the air warning the said vessel to keep its distance.

Field aggressions
On 24 July 2007 between 1530 and 1600 hours the Israeli enemy fired several bursts of light machine gun fire from their outpost on Radar hill (the occupied Shab`a farms) towards the area surrounding the said position.
On 27 July 2007 between 1640 and 1700 hours the Israeli enemy intermittently fired several bursts of medium machine gun fire from their outpost at Sammaqah (the occupied Shab`a farms) towards the area surrounding the said position.

Israeli activities
On 25 July 2007 between 0915 and 1100 hours 13 members of the enemy
Israeli army engaged in training in rigging up explosive charges and setting booby traps in the occupied Shab`a farms between the Ruwaysat al-Alam and Radar hill outposts (opposite Kafr Shuba and Shab`a); six explosions were heard and shelling by tanks took place as part of manoeuvres carried out by the Israeli enemy in the
area.

Israeli warplanes violate airspace

Israeli warplanes swooped low over South Lebanon and the Bekaa on Friday in defiance of UN resolutions, causing sonic booms over the coastal city of Tyre, police said. Israeli reconnaissance aircraft passed over Bint Jbeil at 8 a.m. and stayed in Lebanese airspace for three hours, conducting concentrated flights over Khiam.

Nouvelle violation de l'espace aérien libanais par l'aviation israélienne

Ce vendredi, de source sécuritaire, on a indiqué que 3 avions de chasses israéliens ont pénétré dans l’espace aérien libanais au niveau de la localité de Tyr au Sud Liban vers 10h30 avant de survoler les secteurs ouest et central de la zone de déploiement de la FINUL ainsi que la ville de Nabatyieh, fief du mouvement chiite Hezbollah, toujours au Sud Liban.

Ces survols constituent une violation de la résolution 1701 du conseil de sécurité qui avait permis la conclusion du cessez le feu le 14 août dernier.

Nouvelle violation de l'espace aérien libanais par l'aviation israélienne

Quatre avions de chasse israéliens ont pénétré hier l’espace aérien libanais et ont successivement survolé les régions de Jezzine au Sud Liban et de l’Iqlim Toufah dans le Chouf avant de se rendre dans l’ouest de la Békaa et d’effectuer des raids fictifs au dessus des localités de Libaya, Machgara, Sohmor, Yohmir et Qaraoun.

Israeli drones, warplanes continue to violate Lebanon's sovereign airspace

BEIRUT, (The Daily Star): Israeli surveillance drones cut through Lebanese skies on Monday and hovered above Southern as well as Bekaa regions. The Lebanese Army reported that an Israeli surveillance drone soared above the Southern village of Alma al-Shaab at 9:30 a.m. Monday and headed north toward the Bekaa regions of Riyaq and Baalbek. The plane left Lebanese skies at around 4 p.m.

Meanwhile, the National News Agency's correspondent in the South reported that Israeli warplanes flew over the Southern towns of Nabatieh, Jezzine, Marjayoun and Khiam at around 10 a.m. Monday.

The UN Security Council approved Friday a draft resolution to extend the mandate of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) which expires on August 31, for one additional year.

The UN peacekeeping force was first deployed in South Lebanon in 1978. Following last year's summer war the force was boosted to encompass 13,500 troops along with 1,000 civilian employees, compared to only 2,000 troops before 2006.

While the resolution appealed "to all parties concerned" to "respect the cessation of hostilities and the Blue Line in its entirety," and emphasized the need for "greater progress" in this regard, the resolution did not clearly condemn Israel's daily violations of Lebanon's land and airspace.
