if you want to stay in the middle east, without any hesitation, Sherif University of Iran. it beats israeli universities ( at least in electrical engineering and nano technology to be more specific). just go to any top university in the world and you'll find a really big number of faculty and students that graduated from sherif. (that's why I understand farsi

). Anyways, for the US, there are tens of schools: MIT, stanford, UCLA, UC- berkley, U of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor , Purdue University , Georgia Institute of Technology, .... and many many more. for Canada: U of Toronto, Waterloo, U of Alberta,McGill, U of British Columbia (2nd in canada and 34-35 in the world I know this because that's where I study). Also there are some really good universities in europe but I don't really know which are the best.
One really important thing, the most important step in applying to a grad school is to talk to a professor because even if your average is 100% and you have all the best skills in the world and you didn't find a professor to work with, you'll not be accepted.
