These rankings are a big joke.

Education in Saudi Arabia is an even bigger joke. My father was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, but he could not study science, mathematics, or engineering in the university he attended because he was a Palestinian refugee.

Your father's nationality is not an issue.
ANY person who does not have Saudi Citizenship cannot enter a Saudi University.

You're wrong, I know Lebanese people who got diplomas from Saudi Universities, I do not know where you get your info from.

Danny it depends, was this person studying Master's or Post Graduate work?
Was this person Muslim or Christian?
In General, Lebanese or foreigners are not permitted entry to Saudi Universities.

Wrong again, there are certain unviersities in KSA which are strictly for Saudi citizens.
