Hehe, in French it's Hen Hao, but in reality you pronounce it Khen Khao, with the sound "kh" of the Spanish word "Julio" (Ref.: some Chinese friends).

Every language for a person......So I'm Five and a half people at the same time soon to be six

My first words were uttered in French since Arabic was boycotted in my household... I understood Greek speaking to my maternal Grandparents but I lost much of it now, miraclously it comes back every time i m in Greece.
Then English in elementary school and Arabic came along so I wouldn t sound like a nerd.....
Hebrew came when I became highly religious and too much into my lineage and family origins especially maternal, so it came with the territory, though I lost much of my conversational skills still I can read it well. Then I travelled to Italy for a year I had to learn Italian the most romantic language ever, all I can say is that I learned it with pleasure...................
The language that I wanna learn now for personal reasons but (mish 3am bitfout birasse bas) is German so wish me Luck....I need it........
merry xmas alllllllllllllllllll:)

Mister Lopez, Finish tfelsof!
Hen hao is not in french it is the latin font of the Chinese! This is what chinese choose to use in order to write over the net! If they wanna say hello how are you, they have not a keyboard to write it in chinese but a latin keyboard and they will write it hen hao with "accent on the e and a.

It is pronounced between the Kh of Julio and the H! It is in the middle!

Ma3lé sma7lé ykoun ma3é ha2 chi marra especially when it is related to a language you ignore!

Regards,

languages were always a main interest to me..but i think that you need to give all your time to learn a language now, because you need to practise it and hear it, so you can totally control it..i would love to spend my life learning new languages and alphabets, it would never tire or bore me :)
im french educated, so abviously i know arabic, french, and english...but hey! remember that we know Lebanese and Arabic..after all, the spoken language is different from the written one and therefore its much harder to learn arabic when you first go at school, coz for you it's a very strange language, not mentioning the arabic alphabet! :D

i would like to learn Greek (i already mentioned in another thread how im atttracted to this lingo), Aramic, Italian, German...
i have learned some dutch expressions few time ago from my dutch friend (cheers marco_nl, long time no see on the forum), and a dutch chatroom was helping along with few dutch channels i used to have, with the dutch subtitles...but its almost all gone now...
i still remember few like:
"ik hou van jou" (i love you)
"delukkig kerstdagen" (Merry Christmas) (marco would correct me later if needed, hehe, i hope not!)

Cheeeers!
