Actually, CCE graduates in Lebanon can be either C or the other C but never the E. Nowadays, it's just a title. If u really want to benefit from what you've worked hard to learn (if you actually did work hard), you have to work abroad.
CCE now either work as programmers or technicians and can hardly reach $2000 unless: they're ACEs, got lucky finding a good paying company (which is usually a foreign company), or work 2 or 3 jobs :D
So if you're getting paid $1400 with 3 years of experience, you're not earning a fair sum. But compared to what the market has to offer, you either have to settle for this or keep looking for a better paying company (that eventually might not be better than your current when it gets to the actual work process/loads).
So choose wisely. Lebanese companies have a simple equation:
if an employee will work 9 hours for $1400, he will work 16 hours for $1450.
This means in plain English, $50 more are not worth the work load/overnights/weekends & vacations missed/stress/lack of motivation/no social life/frustration/... you'll have.
