MOSTLY A's........Slow down a little ..
You somtimes take on too much, but your pace of life is unlikely to be harming your health or happiness just yet..
when you find yourself hurrying ..Start planning your leisure time as well as you plan your work... especilay if time for friends and family is taking a back seat in favour of work commitments ..why not block some ME time in your diary....NOW!?

MOSTLY B's... Put the breaks on!
Youre grabbing food whatever and whenever you get a chance and all this stress is affecting your health...
When you find yourself hurrying ...Lay off the biccies ..Food has a huge impact on your vica versa ..Skipping meals then eating sugary snacks for a quick fix stimulates the release ofthe hormone epinephrine..which intenifies feelings of anxiety in the body..

Mostly C's ...Stop- You're going to crash and burn!...
Your so used to doing everything at break neck speed that the heels on your shoes arent the only things that are wearing down...
When you find yourslef hurrying .... List the top 3 things you absolutely have to do.. then work through them systematically deligating as much as you can ..Forget the non essential stuff..if it doesnt need to be done today DOES it really need to be done at all?????
Hope you enjoyed it ladies and gentlemen

Ralentis Ton Rythme

Living in a city like Sydney, its very hard not to be in a hurry.

I am always in a hurry, its bloody awful.

Sometimes I go to the beach and sit down and just watch the waves as they make their way slowly to shore, and I watch the seagulls as they float in the sky as though they have eternity, and I think to myself, is it really worthwile to be in such a hurry all the time?

It sure is not worth it.
