Default Are You Free? - 17th October 2009

Inner freedom, i.e. the state of being an inwardly autonomous individual capable of exerting free will or freedom of choice within a given set of outward circumstances (wikipedia)

Do you consider yourself a free person (free from prejudices, stereotypes, etc...)?

and what is freedom to you?

It's impossible to have the desired concentration, meditation and self discipline to achieve this inner freedom you are talking about.

Maybe many have the will, the mental and emotional detachement, but you need a suitable real environment to succeed, an environment that doesn't exist in our lives.

I define one of the factors that determines my own success in life as the continuous life-long battle to free my inner self. I know I won't get to the end, but every day brings with it the pleasure of knowing you improved yourself a bit (or so you hope!).

Cheers!
