22 years is an awfully long long time to be married to the same person. If I had been in her place I would ahve gone insane and shot the guy. Well my husband-to-be is Belgian so i surely don't mind marrying a non-lebanese.

However i must admit that i always hear annoying critics coming from people in lebanon about my man's nationality... my parents always have to take my defense whenever someone knows that i'll be marrying a belgian... I guess in lebanon it's more accepted that a lebanese man marries a non lebanese woman than a lebanese woman marrying a non lebanese man ...

Non-Lebanese is not possible at all.

But with Lebanese, same sect isn't important, but same beliefs are.
