Why do Lebanese people curse God?

Thankfully, he also gave me a brain and an inclining of reason as to not believe in a psychotic, lactose intolerant ruler in the sky. Even if my logic were to bend and i would believe in his presence. The residue of logic and reason would have me believe that he is not a good god but is murderous, jealous and just plain torturous.

Thats not Gods fault, God gave us brains and free will some people can't handle the freedom and end up listening to the devil... You should curse the devil not God.

Free will? Hasnt god already enunciated the outcome of your life? Before you were born. Hasnt he written every step and counted every breath you will take? (From a muslim point of view). If so, if god had already written how your entire life would be, in meticulous detail, how do you have free will?
