MY ADVICE : STOP THE DIET...SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE..THEn you may continue on your diet if the Doctor tells you that it is fine :)
hey hey!! hold on!!! its not that serious..as i told you i lost 9 kilos in 17 days...my urine is fine normal!!!! i dring too much water.. i eat lot of fruits!! i am just eating everything but in small portions and not eating fats and calories!!
this is an exeple of what i am eating :
breakfast..1 egg ( only white) 3 times per week + regilait and 1 digestive biscuit
as for the other day breakfasts i only take the regilait and the biscuit without the white egg

before the lunch : 1 apple

lunch: vegetables + 150 grams of (meat-fish- chicken)
i started 1 week ago eating regular lunch like "mjadra" without bread and no fried oil (small portion) or mehcheh malfouf but small portion etc...

between lunch and diner (1 apple + 1 njas or any oother fruit)

at supper : 1 bread nkhale with cheese and green vegetables

and each day of the 1st 17 days i used to walk fast (500 calories-1 hour)
now am doing musculation 3al khafif..i was okay but the last couple of days i fel a little bit without any energy...actualy i am not that hyper active at the moment..i simply go to the gym for that couple of hours and then come back!

maybe ure right i lost lot of water from my body! but am eating everything that the body need! protein..sugar..carbo..lipide!!

mmmm..
not bad diet...well as long as you feel ur body normally reacting then it is acceptable..
concentrate on water and you will get your activity back...Psychology also matters...but never mind i didnt mean to tease you in the previous post but some diets are really dangerous...
But it is not bad to have some general tests like blood and urine tests so you can go on with no doubts :)
i rest my case
have fun.

Hi folks,

Can anyone give their dietitian number to Ziadhimself(abo al zuzu)?

Ziad, this is expert advise, you need to go to the kitchen, get a glass or arak baldi, you also need to ask your younger brother for a tape of Haifa Wahbi, the one about the wawa, it heels everything.

PM me when your 100% again, i'm interested.

Eddie.

LOL @ Tayyara

ziadhimself, I'm taking USANA Mega Antioxidant & MultiMineral. They are a bit expensive but really helpful with no side effects. If you can't find them in Lebanon, you can order them online at the USANA website.

You might want to run a blood test and check your iron levels. If you are iron deficient, that might be a reason for the lack of energy you are feeling. If that is the case, you would need to increase your red meat intake or take iron supplements.

Good luck,
Cheers!

WHAT'S THE BEST ONE IN YOUR OPINION?
try to stay away from pills as long as you can create a healthy and balanced diet to fit in your lifestyle... start by cutting down all the junk you're normally exposed to (fats, chips, pepsi, canned food etc...) that's already 90% of the whole process... try to substitute processed and refined food with whole and organic ones (wholewheat bread instead of white bread for example)...

besides, sometimes the problem isn't physical; you know that a 80% of health problems are usually due to stress; try some relaxation techniques such as breathing excercices, meditation, yoga, prayers etc... it could really help.
