Well I live in USA and most doctors recommend it if you are not eating healthy.

Energy must be supplied to the body in this way

~60% carbohydrates (bread ,starch ,potato...)
~30% lipids
~10-15 % proteins

Vitamins is good but do not supply you with the energy you need alone...u could be better if you eat green vegetables and fruits you feel far better than using vitamins...
Important : Drinking enough water has been shown to lessen fatigue and makes one feel more energetic...

Its not my personal point of view its medical...
i donnow how to but this is what we all have to get used to to have healthy outfit and body...
i at least can tell you that there are many websites that supply you with info about how much everything contains calories.
and that to maintain a steady weight you have to get 25-35 kcal/kg/day
to lose weight 20-25 kcal/kg/day
for sure it differ from men to women and from one to another i just gave an example so you get the idea of weight loss and gain because it is very unhealthy to lose weight in a fast way.
NOTE:not carbohydrates or other that make you fat or obese but the calories you take...

One last thing i just remembered sleep 11 wake up 7 or 6 and some sports day by day ur body wil restore its energy.

It could be right for the bread but not any bread! it might be the "nkhalé" but sure not white bread because each small loaf of white bread contains more tahn 300 calories which is very high!!...at the time being i am eating diet bread..10 calories per loaf its similar to nkhale but less calories, sugar and salt!
i already surfed these website..they are great! after all we shoul all decrease salt, sugar, khebez,m3ajanet and fried foods
and i think for men they have to get 2500 calories per/day and women 2000 per/day.. a healthy diet should be 2000 for men and 1500 for women
as for me i was forced to lose weight fast because i have a job opportunity waiting !!! so i lost 9 kgs in 17 days...as for now its been 11 days i didnt lose any gram !! i sont know why!! knowing that i am still on the same diet (maybe a little more calories_)! but strange!!
as for the sleeping i am sleeping 9 hours generally from 1:30 to 10:30 2 to 11!! but i still feel i can sleep more and i am tired! knowing that am eating lot of fruits and vegetables..120 grams of meat or fish or hboub at lunch! and sometime a white egg!..lets see with the centrum what will happen ;)

Well i have been working for 3 years in a nordic company that is similar to GNC, we deal with all this vitamins and minerals thing...
A multivitamin is always necessary and like the other said you need to eat healthy food but i would also recommend some antioxidants that will restore your immune system and give your body strenght. There are also many natural enegry givers like Ginseng, Russian root, Gurana and Schisandra. They all come from nature and are very effective. Iron and vitamin-c could never hurt as well. Just go to GNC or any similar store in your area and ask them, im sure they will help as well.

I am sorry u r just simply killing your self...i feel that you mostly lost the water in your body much more than fat...maybe thats why you r not losing any more and feeling fatigue...how is ur urine?? ya3ne urinating well ?urine color dark? i dont want you to answer me

MY ADVICE : STOP THE DIET...SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE..THEn you may continue on your diet if the Doctor tells you that it is fine :)
