Default What makes your sleep the perfect one? - 18th July 2007

What makes your sleep the perfect one?
Is it the day time sleep or the night time sleep?
and if it's the night time sleep, what would make it the best or the worst?

The perfect sleep for me is at nite time .. No matter how tired I am I cant sleep during the day .. As soon as I put my head on the pillow at nite I fall off into a deep sleep and start snoring .. the worst thing is when someone wakes me up!! I wont be able to go back to sleep so I take revenge .. when they fall off I start banging on the door...or making a loud sound so they wake up !! why should I stay up by meself

Actually, the most beautiful sleep i can have in the one that joins the day time sleep with the night time sleep.

Some like to call it "tanbaleh", others "hibernation", or even "playing the dead"..... for those i say: Try it once.

The best sleep time is the morning one. How many times did you wake up in the morning for work and wished you could sleep still half an hour or so. If you do it, this will be the nicest sleep time, at least for me it is.

I love sleeping late in the morning, and I try to take advantage of the weekend to do it. Sleep til 10, 11 or even til noon, there is nothing nicer than that.
