To keep ur skin healthy and shiny: eat fruits like apple or drink juice during these three months, eat salads (green salad), drink water at least 2L per day, drink green tea twice daily to keep ur energy (revitalizing too),once a week u must do a bain d'huile for ur hair to keep it shiny, and if u have time, i recommand u to make a foamy bath at least twice a week(relaxing by night with lavande and energising in the morning with bois de cedre et orange). After ur bath, u surely have body lotions: use them and don't forget ur perfume of course. u'll be great when it's time
And don't stop doing this during ur marriage

DEfinetly, Bronzage! Try not to burn w t2achré! Be really careful about this point! If there's no sun , try UV but it is less advised!

And try to sleep at least 8h, 9h per day!

Alef mabrouk in advance,,,

As most of the ladies gave you the beauty tips,, I will go the next step..

The wedding dress must be normal and jeune,, and when you're going to choose it, take the less possible people with you,, if u can limited to 2 or 3 only... especially your furtur husband he should not see it at all,,, for me the wedding dress should be a surprise for all the invitees,,, otherwise you're gonna miss the big woooooooooow when you're gonna enter the church..

The flowers should be maximum in 2 colors,,, don't go for more,,, and the flowers should match with the Chocolat and all other dyefet.

Your bouquet,, go for the orchide,,, its so classy and not traditional...

Make up and hair should be so natural,, and I advise you to do 1 or 2 trials in advance and take some photos as well,, in order to see yourself how you will look,, as sometimes the mirror wont give you the right judgement.

Mabrouk again :)

Ladies ,

Allow me to give a gentleman's opinion in this regard:
On your wedding day, willing to look as beautiful as can be is quite normal.

However, you should not make an obsession out of it. To the opposite, this should come as a "second-level" concern.

Allow me to explain my point of view. For the wedding day, the bride will make her best effort to look "perfect", and this for several reasons:

1- for self-esteem. or self satisfaction
2- to be as beautiful as can be in the eyes of the "husband",
3- for societal reasons: to look beautiful in the eyes of the attendees.

Even though the above reasons are all valid, consider the following remarks on points 2 and 3:

2- the groom chose you out of other women because you are special for him, not simply beautiful.. so however perfect the makeup, the dress, the bouquet.... are, you will definitely remain the MOST PRECIOUS person in his eyes, thus the most beautiful and perfect person his eyes will ever see.
He'll just when he'll see you approaching.

3- you can never convince the invited persons! unfortunately, some of the attendees will be ... lets say.... women of a certain age, who will try every trick to look less miserable compared to the fresh young ladies that will definetly be "belles a croquer"... they will always find something to criticize

One last (major) point:
instead of focusing on the external look, just think to be relaxed and not "anxious" on D-day! anxiety would ruin it all!

Congrats!

Just go and sign the marriage certificate. I really don't understand this in Lebanese weddings. It's always a show off. The big cocktails, the expensive decoration, a bishop if you can afford one. The glamour the whatever. And it costs tons, just so that people show off and others gossip about it.

Is it the most important day in one's life? Maybe. But I don't see how 1000 guests should be part of my happiness with the other. Especially when I have to feed them, and they have to gossip behind my back.

So if there's love, take a boat to cyprus and marry, with the nuclear families, and a pair of shorts.
