Default A Tribute to our Lebanese Red Cross - 13th June 2007

You are lucky..

Your parents are proud of you..

Lebanon is proud of you..

Tears in my eyes..

Boulos, Haytham.. I envy you.. you joined our brave soldiers.. your message will not be forgotten: the power of humanity.

Those guys put their lives on the line without carrying a gun. And I must say, as much as I appreciate our army men and women, I have even more appreciation and respect to the crew of the Red Cross/Crescent for their extreme dedication and hard work under the most difficult conditions.

Especially in Lebanon, those guys have been doing their good deeds behind the scenes for the longest time possibe.

May those two brave men rest in peace, and best of luck to the other paramedics who run around in minimal protection to save lives wherever they are, and whatever nationality they have.

A real tragedy...

Our prophet wrote, "You are good when you strive to give of yourself." He added, "They give that they may live."
I say to Boulos and Haytham, "You are great when you strive to give yourselves." I add, "You gave yourselves that you may ever and forever live."

May your souls rest in peace...

I didn't know where to put this in order to be read by the max of the members possible, but it's important to know and collaborate!

Liban Jazz and Elefteriades organize a concert for Demi Evans, on next Monday, at the Music Hall, at 8:00 pm! All of the benefits will go to the Lebanese Red Cross as a HELP and a tribute to those volunteers, and especially the martyrs.

Informations
Liban Jazz: (01) 566966.

Réservations
Music Hall: (01) 361236 - (03) 807555.
