How do you do that when you are stressed or depressed? Scary
If its hard to laugh then you possibly have depression which is much worse than anxiety.

Well i have been suffering from these things constantly .. full of worries
I dont even have time for my kids
Wake up at morning, going to work , coming late and lots of fights with my wife!
Should i suicide ???? or something :(
Don't commit suicide and don't kill your wife either they are giving you bad advice..maybe your wife nagging cause she feels alone and as u r constantly working...i donno what to say but if i wereu i would organize my time ..find time for my family specially my kids cause they grow fast and you will regret not being with them in every step of their lives..give ur wife time too cause i am sure she needs u so much..
take care
My daily outlet is hitting the gym. Irregardless of what kinds of worries are on my mind, and stresses I'm under, it's usually completely spent after running 5 miles and working out for at least an hour (if not two or three). And if there is still anything lingering in my psyche after that, then there's always the sauna and steam room to top it all off. By the time I get out of the gym, physically I am exhausted but mentally I feel great.
Plus, the upsides are losing weight, toning or building muscle, staying healthy, taking care of your body, etc, and you can't put a price on those things. Also, I find that maintaining a nutritional and well-balanced diet helps a lot with reducing stress. You literally are what you eat, and if you eat healthily, in proper portions, and during the right times, you will feel a lot better too.
Another really important thing is sleeping on time and sleeping enough. Sleep during the day is different than sleep during the night. Going to sleep at a reasonable time and getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night will get you up in the morning early enough to get a great start to your day, and keep you feeling good through out the day.
One last thing: cleanliness. Showers are relaxing and soothing and are therefore a great way of reducing stress, and there is nothing better for your skin than staying clean and keeping your body clean. If your skin is healthier and feels better, chances are you will be healthier and feel better too. Also, don't overlook the importance of dental hygiene. The worst thing is not brushing regularly and walking around all day with various taste residues lingering in your mouth. Not only is it bad for your teeth, it is bad for your gums as well, and trust me, having a clean just-brushed sensation in your mouth will make you more comfortable through out your day. Brush after every meal, floss nightly, and use mouthwash as well.
Doing all of these things will help give structure, order, and balance to your day. Once you reach the point where you can juggle school/work around your private life and do it all in a healthy and organized manner, you will find it much easier to deal with the stresses in life, because these things alone will remove many of the factors that act as stressors upon you. This doesn't mean that you have to plan your whole life on a piece of paper, or sacrifice spontaneity throughout your day, but having structure and planning a little bit can go a long way.
