Dance Dance and Dance. That is how I get out all my stress. Going out with friends and dance all night or dance in my own appartement by myself haha but it works. I forget everything that exist in my stressful world.

Default How to collaborate with stress,depression and mental health! - 20th December 2008

Any recommendation?

Well i have been suffering from these things constantly .. full of worries
I dont even have time for my kids
Wake up at morning, going to work , coming late and lots of fights with my wife!

Should i suicide ???? or something :(

Try to have some time for urself..
Have a coffee in a calm place or somewhere u like, try to forget the real life for a while and enjoy the little things.
Dunno where u live but everywhere in the world, there's such places.
Maybe u can try to wake up a little earlier and go out to enjoy the sunrise.. believe me it's joyful and very energizing.. i, personally, do it everytime i feel down, and it gives great results

Some people can't do that when they're not feeling well. You'd have to drag them out! Some music makes it worse for you. You need to rellllllllaaaaaaaax rather than jump up and down . Good that it worked for you though, it'd make me stress more :D.

I can vouch for that. I was a pilates freak, i've only been doing yoga for awhile and I truly wish I could bring back time... It's amazing. When practiced regularly, you start to see and feel the difference in everything, even in the way you walk (believe it or not). The more intense, the more effective it is. It's a sculpurting stress killer, you'd want to take it up for life.

Take a vacation on the Caribbeans It definitely helps :D

Otherwise excercises, and I prefer dancing, classical/ballet.

It will only increase his Anxiety :)

Many things will help you John, from breathing exercises, regulating your food, sports, etc... , but what also help is for you to not overthink your problems... put them on a shelve and revisit them when you are ready, remember that in life you don't control anything, in reality life throws us in places we never want to be :) try to be positive, life will only look ugly when you see it that way.
