Even though I'm not a Yoga adept, someone in my family is and apparently it's amazing for the body and the soul. I'm gonna try it soon.

Suomy, I agree that the process might be stressful a bit, but you got to think a bit ahead.

As for life being stressful everywhere, it might be true, but won't you rather be stressed about something in your own hands rather than being worried whether you're gonna be the collateral damage of a me7sheyeh la ma3aleh el wazir?

Breathing technique (Yoga)
Also If I am very stressed I try to remember to say some "mantra", it's very soothing.
On a lower level: a good glass of whisky

The best thing that worked with me going for long walks without thinking where to go just walk with my walkman listening to music...or at times i go shopping spend my money on clothes, but later at times i get angrier cause i spent my money on things that didn't really need.. or do something new and crazy...that helps lots

Just go to the balcony, light a cigarette, take a few deep breaths, and just stare at the horizon.

Seek solitude for some time, best if it's out in nature or somewhere beside the ocean. And most importantly, don't think about what's stressing you. Do what you enjoy doing, like dancing, painting, playing music, jumping :D, whatever...

If you don't smoke, then take a glass of cold icy water with you instead :D.
