1- Sleep well

3- Stop drinking coffee and similar stuff
4- eat healthy food
5- exercise
6- Life is not fair, this is a fact once you get it your whole life will be better
7- laugh extensively
8- Breath deeply and slowly at least 3 times a day for 15 minutes each
9- Whenever feeling stress of life.. take a moment and lay back and think about the Big picture, you realize that no need to be stressed .

Default Meditation to sooth stress - 10th May 2008

Hi Zouxi

What I've been trying for some years with very good effects is a meditation method called Sahaja Yoga, which is also very efficient in soothing stress.
It has a multicultural, beyond religions approach, so it can be tryied with success by people belonging to different countries, without contravening their own believes. It improves your mental tonus and the health, too.

You can find more details here Sahaja Yoga Meditation and Self Realization , and you can also try it online (click on the orange "Experience It Now!"). It should take about 10 minutes, to see how it works and feel the soothing meditation energy and state.

I hope it helps you.

Anna

Taking off your shoes might also help since the Mother Earth sucks all negativity through our feet.

I have been stressed all day, but after reading the above sentence, and BEFORE even watching the video, i feel so relaxed (after i stopped laughing after 30minutes). LOL.

Good for you Boris!!! . I'm glad it worked.
You know, there are this type of courses in Beirut, too, ocasionally - there will be a meditation and music therapy programe, free of charge, most probabaly on 4 to 6 July 2008. You can contact the organizers, anyway, at musictherapy.peace@googlemail.com, if you want to attend it.

Stay happy and relaxed!

Naty, I'd come for a walk, too, but I'm living kind of far from your place.
