Default stress - 18th August 2007

this is the prb of 21 century ...... many reason but same results .....
i dont know much about that subject .... i just know that when i did this test :

My score is 12

Scores of 7-12 Pretty Good Control

I'm close to 13 (Danzer Zone) but I don't mind I couldn't live without stress anyway!

When I'm stressed I talk with God. And after I like to call my friends.
Usually I like to make organized plans and follow them step by step. That reduces stress.
When I have to make important decisions and I feel stressed about it, I read fashion magazines, or an Art book. I believe seeing pretty things can calm down and make us think better.

Everyone is different so I can't give an objective opinion about this. Some stressed people like to relax sleeping for 15 or 20 hours a day! I couldn't relax this way. Once, before a very important day, I tried to sleep during the day but that didn't help... I don't know what kind of dreams I had that when I woke up I was even more stressful than before!

i scored 8

guess it's true... i don't worry much.... don't stress out much... and i rarely get mad..; so i guess my score reflects the truth!

but if i ever stress out... i usually talk to someone, just try to get it out, then a nice hot bath will do the job trust me!

oh yeah, and i kind of tend to eat a lot of chocolate when i'm stressed! i wonder why! but it never helped because i then start worrying about my weight ! (because i mean i reeaalllyyy eat a looooooot of chocolate!)

I did the test, my score is 17

I was under heavy stress recently, i had to finish a manuscript for ... today,

but personally, i find that when i am under stress, i work very well, i am able to concentrate better, work better, give far more better results

sure i use lavender flowers, excellent for relaxing and i usually sleep just afterward! it has a great affect! if you don't use it well do :p but try to buy some from bio/organic shops! we have one here in belgium called Nature! has great aromas and scents! i guess in italy you should have similar shops right?
