Default peace of mind - 7th March 2008

# Imagine yourself able to maintain inner peace, inner detachment and equanimity in difficult or unpleasant situations!

# Imagine yourself able to maintain a steady, happy and peaceful state of mind!

# Imagine yourself living without anger, impatience and moodiness!

# Would you like to be able to stay calm and in control of yourself, in spite of by what people say or think about you?

# Would you like to be able to focus on what you are doing, without restless and disturbing thoughts?

# How about overcoming worries and anxieties?

do you consider this as a way to have peace of mind? how you do to tend that level of peace ?
if you and everyone is in this stage , do you think life will become boring?
eno what would be life without :

such situations; stress, anxieties, worries or unhappiness, Problems, conflicts, demands, misunderstandings or emergencies often arise at work, at home or in relationships, and lead to emotional and physical strain or problems.

It's quite intriguing how humans spend their life in the quest for happiness and peace of mind, and then, just by imagining they could possess what they aspire for, life starts to seem boring :)

why so? and im just wondering seriously why they dont create actions in their life when they get to a point when they say :

ouf , boring ... how they can feel like this way when they have books knowledge
2eno as for me i search for the peace of mind to improve my mind and to have the best education culture and the maximum of "brain" and forget about emotion

and im just wondering : why the emotion are the main source of trouble ?

More like running around when you're tired looking for a chair.

The only meaningful end is to sit on the ground.
