umm, I don't think so. You don't need to be a millionaire to be elegant. Class is more than being born with money or having the money to buy the most expensive clothes. In my opinion, class, elegance, and good taste is truly something that comes from within...
Elegant people are always appropriately dressed for the occasion, it never looks like they tried too hard... Let me explain what I mean: they add to the sense of context of any occasion... almost making any occasion into a festive event, whether going to the open market carrying the proper accessories, going to lunch on the town with friends, teaching in the classroom, or whatever!

Yes, we Can! Princess Grace is the only icon I have. She was a "great lady". Her daughters are nothing compared to her.

i think that elegance and classy have nothing to do with money , money is only the tool to buy it, but elegance is inside the human , the elegance of spirit and thaught that is reflected on the external look by object wear and jewels !

I have been here in lebanon for a month now and i can tell you its amazing here you go out from one city to the next and its a whole different style. North is different to beirut etc....
Northern hot spots i have noticed jeans a top heavy make up heels ur done, but partying in the beirut districts now thats the type of clothes i like to wear
