is there anything you think about before that happens? anything, anxiety? feelings? emotions? do you see a pattern??
try to think about it,
btw, :) dont worry it happens to the best of us, we'll find a solution

It's like, I can't sweat unless it's on my palms and feet too. Everyone sweats like from their armpits and face but not really palms and feet, and this is necessary to release wastes. I sweat from all the places. I can't just sweat from my arpits or face. And when it starts there's no way it stops. Some times it takes all day long. Stress does increase the amount of sweat, but the amount is really drastic to start with without stress. There is no way for me not to think, because that's proly the only way to stop the sweat. Like the guy said it's a nervous system issue that I dont' have control over I think. I hope I can find a cure before the next semester starts. |
Ok amigo,
how about this :).. From now on you can treat this as an observer for one week. It may be difficult to start but you'll get the hang of it pretty quick. Understand a few things.
First, everything changes, everything is impermanent and that includes the sweat. It will stop, it will start and it will stop again. Second, in the position of the observer you dont need to allow anxiety to take over your emotions, you can see it, its there, you're observing it, but you're not letting it dominate you, because its not you (the anxiety) you're the observer. So this is a kind of role playing. And you will keep a Journal. Write down whats going on when it happens, you can keep a small notebook in your pocket. Everytime it happens, write it down. It's ok if your hand is sweaty, it wont stop you from writing, remember you're the observer.
Write down what you feel is relevant. Remember, as an observer you can remember better, you're calmer and more controlled. You can observe your emotions, patterns, triggers maybe write it all down for a week. :)
Then we can take it further in private if you like, let's solve this together amigo
You can do it!
