everything in life has it's advantages and disadvantages, when ppl break up they should see it like a new oppurtunity to learn new stuff since being single has it's own advantages like finding oneself and being a better person and stuff like that... self pity wont change anything, there is no point in looking back in sorrow but look back and learn from your mistakes... what is done is done you can only move forward in life if you dont you will fade into the shadows... the core of mans' spirit comes from new experiences ^_^

but at the same time, when we pass through this ordeal,it is hard to do what you all said and continue our life and just forget all about this person as if nothing happened and as if he wasn't one day the one we loved.we will forget and love someone else,that is for sure.but we need time,of course if we really loved this person,and we will suffer no escape from that and in everything we do,we will remember him and wish he is here with us.
And with time,maybe week or month or even year,we will forget and life continues
