Default "Murder your body", close? - 15th March 2007

"murder your body"... ever felt like you were murdering your body by pushing yourself too far? What I mean by that is that have you ever done something (wanted to loose weight, gain muscles, change ur hair color, look like someone else, etc....) that you just kept pushing yourself to achieve that goal, w u reached a certain phase where u just got tired or surrendered or felt hopeless? etc...

Share with us any experience you had where you felt like you were "murdering" your body.

Great thread Caramel!

The 3-years long crime i am committing against my body is simply try to gain fitness!

Working up to 15 hours per day really kills the envy of going to a gym and battle with some iron-made weight. So i just go jogging whenever i have an hour free.

That would sound fair enough, except that as soon as i get back from my ev' jog, i litterally attack a bag of crispy nuts! is that a slow death or what !?

Well, I like going too far. I love when I go for a really killer sprint in which after my kidneys and liver (I think it's my liver) are pulsing. The sensation is just wonderful at the moment when the pain starts to wear off.

Well congratulations for being one of the 6 billion who are on a diet. It's inane when people rhyme diet with weight-loss program. Diet is a diet, be it feasting on 3 cows a day or just a piece of celery. Basically, "weight-loss" diet should do the trick.
