How it works ...when you pretend to be somone else you're litterally stealing their self-esteem. The more you do this ,the more natural the feeling of confidence ..

Imagine how fabulous it would be to have all the confiudence you'd ever need .Think about how gr8 you'd feel ,the self - beleif you'd have when meeting new people and the way it would improve your social life .As you think about this, squeeze your thumb and middle finger of your right hand together ..Repeat this " thought and squeeze" technique four times ..
How it works ... Squeezing your fingers together while imagining your confidence soaring creates link between your self-esteem and your body. So whenever your in a situation where you need a boost, simply squeeze your thumb and finger together and you'll get the lift you need.

How to do it ...If you spend time criticising your reflection in the bathroom mirror every morning before you leave the house ,you'll spend the whole day feeling bad . Instead , stand infront of the mirror and remember a time somone paid you a compliment about your appearance .Think about their words at least four times untill you feel good and then set off for your day!
How it works .... Repeating positive thoughts changes your mind - set . People with a positive outlook attract more of what they want to their lives because their attitude is much more open to oppurtunities and less fearful of change .

How to do it ...Think of a scenario that scares you doing a Presentation at work say. Now come up with five keywords to describe how you'd like to feel in that situation - like confident , strong calm etc... Next, imagine a circle on the floor infront of u and pour the feelings you want inside it- picture it filling up with the way you'd like to act .Step into the circle and let the feelings spread through your body .
How it works... Everyone has moments that fill them with fear ,but done everyday ,this builds up your confidence so you'll be prepared when scarey stuff happens . The more you practice this technique , the more confidence you'll have when you need it most !!!!
