at the present time, the bible is considered as an art book, it is a reference for the jews as a sacred book and others considered it as an art book. their belief in the messiah is in the same trend of the christians. the word "messie" acquired the general meaning of some prophet or divine person which will instaure a right order on earth.in fact those who studied religions and the societal aspect of religions found that that does not differ from the tendency of all groups to build an utopia . i can direct you to check the meaning of "millenarism".it is the dream of people to live in a golden age of justice and fairness. is that possible? the dream took always different characteristics but it comes always to the same point.the bible contains many educative stories that every body on earth could consider because it contains a universal goal. |
