when i use to jogg on the treadmill in the gym in uni, i use to do it for 45 min 5 days a week. But now that i'm out of uni and no gym, i'm more lazy to do it outside and i think it is more tiring..
yesterday when i went jogging (i hadnt jogged for like 2 month) i came back dying. and i ran for less than 45 min, maybe like 35 min.
anyways, i think 30 min , 3 times a week is good.
