Jesus shed His blood for us and suffered death for us on the cross. To kill Jesus with our sins led to Jesus paying the price for our sins.
The three words you mentioned show us, in my comment above, how much God loves us that He sent His only Son to die for our sins on the cross (and later be resurrected in order to give us life).
So, you see, the words "blood", "death", and "kill" aren't always meant to show hatred. They can also show God's love for us.
Besides, if the Bible talks about Cain (for example) killing Abel, this doesn't mean that the Bible encourages one to kill his brother.
