24 hours? it's difficult to put it in words, but it feels like WWII inside my jaw.

LOL!
I know how painful it could get but you need tolerate the pain. Have you noticed any improvement since the operation? Did you try a bag of ice? The coolness should make your gum numb.

My dentist wants me to remove 4 wisdom teeth and a molar all in one go. I told him "yeah riiiiiiiiiiiight!!", I thought he was kidding... turns out he's not

I don't have 50kg to spare!! I would become 30kg . Well I'm thinking about it, instead of feeling the pain at 5 different occassions, why not get 5x the pain but only one?

You are crazy, you wouldn't handle that, you might as well just faint in your ground.

I was told the operation would be under general anasthetic. The pain would show up after it all wears off. I don't know, I'm not gonna do anything before my teeth start aching nonstop.

Anyway, how's your pain?

Yes you are anasthesized (don't know how to spell it), so you don't feel it during the operation, but a few hours later it will come, and it will come hard.

Right now it's mild to numb, smoked a few cigarettes, took some advil, and soon I'll go get the medicine dalzi mentioned, or something close.

I just don't understand toothache and teeth in general, it's an evolutionary mistake to make the worst pain in the teeth.

I believe something went wrong when God created teeth. He got a bit lazy and lost concentration there for a while lol.

Why don't you try sleeping pills and sleep the pain away?
