An average of 2 hours per day 5 days a week, can be less (hours and days) or more (mostly) depending on the schedule. Mainly Pilates, yoga, running, weights, spinning, and the fun entertaining stuff :D... I've been hooked onto pilates for years, yoga is only something i stated this year, but i regret not doing it before...
You need to work on both flexibility and strenght. If starting new, first of all you have to be very patient, it takes weeks or ever months of hard work for you to see the difference. The best way to start is by combining beginner pilates or yoga with spinning or jogging and some muscle pumping sessions in between (ouch

).

I take a day break between spinning classes. Say I do one on Monday, i do the second on Wednesday. I don't enjoy spinning, boring
