Fast food is good but to help you get rid of the craving, you have to imagine people who works in the fast food restaurant and what they can do to your food like pee on them or do non-catholic stuff on them and you will never eat in a fast food restaurant again. You will think twice when you have to go to a restaurant lol.
Hehe, nice strategy, ill try it next time I think of buying a meal.

it doesnt matter wer the fat is, if u exercise you will lose it...i just meant thrs no excerise tht burns fat on one area only, ya3neh thrs no excersise made for people with a belly and one made for people with big legs, u just do it and the fat will come off wherever it is.

Snowboarding, hockey, ski and swimming are like that but if you go to the gym, you have exercices that help you loose the fat in one area more than the other. The belly is the easiest part to lose, the legs are the hardest and the arms too, they are'nt easy

Actually last year i used to exercise 2-3 hrs/day(squash mainly), and I lost 10 kilos without fixing my diet(well i made some minor modifications). However i still have about 5 kilos in my belly and waist, and this year i dont have the luxury of exercising like i used to.

thts actually a misconception(e.g people who do weighted sit-ups to lose abdominal fat)

Myth Busters: Burning fat in specific areas... - Wellsphere

Well, losing weight in one area is not really a myth. If you do exercices in one area, you will change the fat into muscles in that specific place. You change your fat, you dont really loose it.

Like said before, to lose weight, you have to do something that involve cardio and eat smartly (no junk food and less alcool)
