no thrs no excericise tht burns fat in one area, biking is very good at burning calories as is jogging,swimming..., but u will lose fat from ur whole body evenly (usually the face is the first place ul notice)

What if someone's body fat isnt proportionally distributed, or concentrated in one area (abdominal in my case), what should he do?

You should stop drinking beer and go to the gym and do sports for your abdominals to loose the fat in that area and win muscles there.

There are sports to every part of your body except your face. Then, you will have to do a plastic surgery

Well I dont drink, my problem is with fast food. Anyway thanks for the advice.

what about eating, that moves you jaws, thus you are using enery and exrecising your mouth!!! A much healthier solution would be eating gum

YUM, Fast food is very good, just dont eat any fast food for three days, and you will get over it! (akid no one in the house should tempt you to eat fast food)
Seriously Gum helps loosing weight just because you eat less when you have a gum in your mouth.

Fast food is good but to help you get rid of the craving, you have to imagine people who works in the fast food restaurant and what they can do to your food like pee on them or do non-catholic stuff on them and you will never eat in a fast food restaurant again. You will think twice when you have to go to a restaurant lol.
