you know sometimes it can beat so intensely but then the beating lasts for just a few weeks!

I think this is related, How fast a heart beats and how long it will beat,
whenever the heart beat start for a person, if that person's heart beat too, it will last for long.

The challenge is to keep that beat alive by feeding the love.

Love needs to be powered, it needs fuel, and this fuel is Us in our acts, words, admiration.

We cannot just fall in love and stop, it is a continuous procedure

No it's not related! if it beats it doesn't necessarily means you're in love... it could be only physical attraction or something else.. this is why people date and then break up!

This is exactly what i was trying to say... it's not about how fast it beats but how long the couple will make it last and if your heart was beating for the right person... la2en the heart beats for lots of people but it's up to you to be selective... by beating your heart is only showing you potential candidates... there's a lot of filtration to be done afterwards

that's the next phase... it's once you have found a compatible partner and fell in love with that you need to always renew the love and kill the routine from time to time..etc..etc
