So which gym do you guys go to? Whats the best one around and how does it compare with gyms outsides lebanon? Interested in gyms between Jounieh<--> Beirut area.

classy place, with an indoor swimming pool, weights room...

I've been to that place. It's got very old equipment, don't know if they renewed it now. I know that gyms over here in the states are much better than those in Lebanon because of the funding they recieve. However, I have heard good things about the gym in ATCL.

I didn't like it at all. The swimming pool always seemed to stink for some reason.

Plus, the coach is nearly always abscent.

I went to Rimmal too. They do have a swimming pool, and it's much better than Portemilio, and cheaper.

I used to go to Ishtare Country Club in Adma until it closed. Now my home is my own gym, i bought a treadmill, a bench with dumbels and weights.

Ok cool thanks.. and do you have a monthly memberships, yearly memberships? Or Pay day by day? I doubt yearly membership as they gym might not be around in a year :( Whats the average fee for daily or monthly membership?

I recommend "Bouddha" Health club gym in Adma. It's a little on the expensive side ($40 a month) but it's clean, has good equipment, and the people there are tolerable. Give it a try... and you're going to bump into someone famous, quite frequently :)

i go to a small gym my area, at pascal sport center in shiah, its a small place but very clean and equiped.
