AMAZING WATER THERAPY





Introduction

Drink six (6) glasses of water (1.5 liters) everyday and avoid medicine, tablets, injections, diagnosis, doctor fees, etc. You will never believe it before practicing.





Blood Pressure/Hypertension

Anemia (Blood Shortage)

Rheumatism (Pain in joints/muscles)

General Paralysis

Therapy Procedure



§ Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 liters of water i.e., 5 to 6 glasses.

§ You may wash your face thereafter.

§ Here it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks nor solid food of any sort should be taken within 1 hour before and after drinking these 1.5 liters of water.

§ If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose.

§ It is difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water at one time, but you will get used to it gradually. Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and to balance two glasses after a gap of two minutes. You may find the necessity to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after quite some time.


Research and Experience



The following diseases are observed to be cured with this therapy within the indicated days (approx) as below:



Ø Constipation - 1 day

Ø Acidity - 2 days

Ø Diabetes - 1 – 2 weeks

Ø Cancer - improvement within 4 weeks

Ø Pulmonary TB - 3 months

Ø BP & Hypertension - 4 weeks



Important Note:



It is advised that persons suffering from Arthritis or Rheumatism should practice this therapy thrice a day, i.e. morning, midday and night, 1 hour before meals for one week; and twice a day subsequently until the disease disappears.



How Does Pure Water Act?

Consuming ordinary drinking water by the right method purifies human body. It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as “Haematopaises ". The mucosal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method, is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that new fresh blood is produced by the mucosal fold.


If the colon is cleansed then the nutrients of the food taken several times a day will be absorbed and by the action of the mucosal folds they are turned into fresh blood. The blood is all important in curing ailments and restoring health and for this; Water should be consumed in a regular pattern.

It's always good to know these things.....This is a very good article.

Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about ladies and their heart attacks.



This makes sense.... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water...

Maybe its time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...



For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.

It is nice to have a glass of cold drink after a meal.

However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.

It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down

and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.

Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.

It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.



A serious note about heart attacks:

Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting

Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.

Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.

60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.



Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and Be aware.

The more we know the better chance we could survive...

ouff but coralie if we dont brush teeth after waking up, the germs remains in our mouths, and we shall suppose to drink that??

Besides who can drink right after waking up 1,5 ls of water? I can barely see or talk when waking up :p not to mention shocking myself with drinking so much water:D

But during a day I can drink up to 1,5 ls, and am doing it regularly lately, and also can confirm its benefits. By the way you will loose weight considerably!!

LOL.... stella believe it or not i do it .... it all started when i gained a lot of weight few years ago due to a certain mediaction treatment (cortizon) and the first advice of my doctor was water lots of water specialy normal not cold water . and later one of my maids (Ethiopian) helped me with that as well she use to make it little hot ya3ni defi and give it to me to drink in the morning 3al ri2 and it worked perfectly and since then it became a habit and i always have water when i woke up (not a whole 1.5 litre but more like 2 or 3 big glass ) its a matter of habit you can get use to it even if in the begining its kind of yakkiiiiiiii ...

just try to get use to drink at least one or 2 glasses in the morning and in the evening before sleeping youhave to start little by little and you will get use to it i was like this before forget to drink all day . now i always have a bottle of water with me (on the beach or when i jogg ..) instead of drinking soft drinks during lunch or any other meal drink water (not during the meal either before or after )

Good thread Coralie,

I drink water everyday.
When i wake up every morning , i drink a big cup of water (3al ri2).
At work i bought a bottle of Sohat water (Sport) 0.75 ml and put it in front of me, so i can always remember to drink.
When it's empty, i make a refill from the big bottle here (by the way it's cascade water), so it's great

During all the day, byotla3o chi 1.5 litres ti2riban

coco !!!

drinking hot ( or warm ) water , it makes u loose fat right ? ( not saying that you did it for that reason or anything ) but i heard some girls saying that drinking HOT water is good for loosing weight ( it dissolves the fats )

yes it does and it help you to loose your "kirsh" (if you have any)
and yes in the begining i started drinking water to help me lose weight but after that i discovered the multiple benefits of water + it became a habit to drink .

but ... we have to agree that its not very practical drinking a LOT OF WATER .... ull need to use the toilet alot
