Could you please ask God why he always sends Christian Saints? why does he never send Ali bin Abi Taleb for example? | Stop referring to God as something. Well, that doesn't mean a man hav to stop there. God created for us minds to discover the wonders of the universe, it's not my fault that some people just give up and say i don't know but God does. Pretty much everything in this world can be understood scientifically, other than the origin of the world, and miracles.
So the thousands who have witnessed miracles are halucinating Well, that pretty much ends the conversation doesn't it? | | | | | Registered Member

"Most people will have had brief experiences of hearing voices when there is no one there, and around three percent of people regularly hear such voices. Many of these people cope well with this and live normal lives."
What are thousands with respect to the world population? are these the 3% Jones is talking about, maybe less? See it is called hallucinations when you understand it scientifically, and when you don't you attribute to Saints then to God.

The purpose of this brief study is to offer a logical, practical, pragmatic proof of the existence of God from a purely scientific perspective. To do this, we are assuming that we exist, that there is reality, and that the matter of which we are made is real. If you do not believe that you exist, you have bigger problems than The existence of God is a subject that has occupied schools of philosophy and theology for thousands of years. Most of the time, these debates have revolved around all kinds of assumptions and definitions. Philosophers will spend a lifetime arguing about the meaning of a word and never really get there. One is reminded of the college student who was asked how his philosophy class was going. He replied that they had not done much because when the teacher tried to call roll, the kids kept arguing about whether they existed or not.
Most of us who live and work in the real world do not concern ourselves with such activities. We realize that such discussions may have value and interest in the academic world, but the stress and pressure of day-to-day life forces us to deal with a very pragmatic way of making decisions. If I ask you to prove to me that you have $2.00, you would show it to me. Even in more abstract things we use common sense and practical reasoning. If I ask you whether a certain person is honest or not, you do not flood the air with dissertations on the relative nature of honesty; you would give me evidence one way or the other. The techniques of much of the philosophical arguments that go on would eliminate most of engineering and technology if they were applied in those fields.
The purpose of this brief study is to offer a logical, practical, pragmatic proof of the existence of God from a purely scientific perspective. If you do not believe that you exist, you have bigger problems than this study will entail and you will have to look elsewhere.
this study will entail and you will have to look elsewhere
If we do exist, there are only two possible explanations as to how our existence came to be. Either we had a beginning or we did not have a beginning. The Bible says, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" (Genesis 1 :1). Most atheists maintain that there was no beginning. The idea is that matter has always existed in the form of either matter or energy; and all that has happened is that matter has been changed from form to form, but it has always been. The Humanist Manifesto says, "Matter is self-existing and not created," and that is a concise statement of the atheist's belief
Think well the none believers..Do u exist??? why do u exist?

Bottom line there are things we don't understand and we always say God created it. Now we can create a man or a woman without the need of a man. We can have a full planet of women from this stem cells sperm thingy and then we can send them live on a planet, each day we deposit a baby in a basket on top of a building, never send them a man.
Then all of a sudden we send them a man and he starts creating babies the way we know it now, guess what, they will probably say God sent him, why? because they don't understand how it works. | tHEY WILL SAY THAT IF IT IS SAFE AND IF THE fATHER IS KNOWN AND THE MOTHER AND CHILD GET THIER PROPER RIGHTS THEN THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO PROBLEM. HOWEVER MEN PREFER HAVING SEX RATHER THAN PAYING A FORTUNE TO ALTER SOME SEED.
Again You just throw something out of the blue and imagine that it will demolish religion blabla... Pathetic totally desperate attempt, You guys Know about christianity and the desapointments regarding science So you go and paint all religions with the same paint, honestly this is academic lazyness. | | | | | Registered Member

I didn't say that doctors dont get credits for their job..but i said at times people get cured because of their faith when doctors can't explain how it happened...
you know that Pope John Paul II who created more saints than all his predecessors
combined suffered an assasination attempt in rome, and attributed it to the intervention
by Virgin Mary, saying that a "material" hand guided the bullet. dont you wonder why she
didnt guide it to miss him altogether?
cause it was meant to be...
If god existed and wanted to prove it, he would at least filled the world with super miracles and
avoid the controversy.to me his existence is a scientific hypothesis just like any other.
There are many miracles that took place all around the world but unfortunately some people don't see as a miracle and would try to explain it differently or want just to be blind.
On a side note Im not sure of how pleasant he is after allowing all religions that call for praying for him spread by the sword i.e christianity and Islam. | Allowimg...why we blame God over things that we do???did he ask us to kill or hold swords or it is just human's greed and power ..God only asked us to love eachother and spread peace..but if human choose to do the opposite then we say why then he is allowing us..weird how people love to blame God and not themselves | | | | | Registered Member

The human mind is so naive, it can never accept its own failures. | Having this conversation will lead us to nowhere. Obviously, each one has set his mind on his opinion.
I have no problem continuing, but I don't see the result we are going to get.
However, how about the Miracles that are done under one's eye?
@TripoliSunni: There's no reason to mention Christianity in this, Science can do what it wants, but it can't dissapoint this religion. | | | | | Registered Member

@TripoliSunni: There's no reason to mention Christianity in this, Science can do what it wants, but it can't dissapoint this religion. | I'm not the one bringing up christianity, The Ones doing that are the Atheist including one who claims to be an Ex-Muslim, They debate with me "CLEARLY A MUSLIM" and they bring up arguments related to christianity for example the Scientists with the Altered Cells Or the Big Bang or Embroyology whatever they can come up with NOT KNOWING that all these things don't conflict with ISLAM in fact most of them agree with Islam as opposed to conflicting...
All of them Have the image of Christianity in mind and they keep debating Based on that AND NONE OF THEM HAVE ABSOLUTLY ANY KNOWLEGE OF ISLAM (including some muslims) But Still they paint all religions with the exact same EXACT paint. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to TripolySunni For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

You and Jasper I gave you two examples one about stem cell one about lightning, theses were just examples to show you that men attribute to God the things they do not understand, the purpose WAS NOT TO discuss stem cell nor lightning but you guys are stuck in the details. | | | | | | |
