even though i dont eat much comparing to how much i weight i hardly ever eat like some days i literally forget bout eating till some1/thing reminds me of it late at night.. so ya as i said LATE AT NIGHt thts my prob.. due to my routine i tend not to eat breakfest in the morning unless its a delivery (donuts,eclaire,mne2ish(ya in plural:P),ka3ek) same thing goes for lunch ... if its not Junk food ... ill pass it.. which leads us to dinner and honik l msibe:P
i dont know i guess every1 of us has tht ONE weird thing thts special about him/her.. mine is "the need to feed @ night" <--- taken out of a movie...
and i emphasize on "need" its not bout hunger i guess its about routine or whtever
i ADORE sitting down after my bath in my pjs in my room online or watching some dvd or cable and literally eat everything i could lay my hands on i mean HUGE dinner ya3ne bi ma3na akhar w bala drama.. b7ib l 3asha ykoun t2il.. so i guess thts my problem! oh and no exrcise whtsoever and whts weird about it is tht my muscle structure stays well built give or take EVEN THOUGH i dont go through ANY type of exercise WHTSOEVER during the day
so ya here it is everything in a nutshell so to speak... so any advices!
ps: i know some of u gonna come out and say urmm DUDE thts easy simply stop having tht kind of dinner and try exercising.. well urmm cant walk much due to knee problem cause of some incident.. and cant exercise much as well cause of back probs due to the same reason so any other suggestions! i'd appreciate it ... |
Well it seems like you have an appetite problem.
Other than going to a dietitian. Here's what I suggest you do.
Cut back on all processed food. Ya3neh everything that's made out of white flour, mne2ish for example.
Cut back on the fatty foods, like pizza especially donuts. My friend do you know what donuts are ? They're fried dough basically. A boston kreme donut in itself holds 250 calories. A humburger from McD's for example holds 500 calories.
If it's possible, do not eat any of them.
However, that doesn't mean that u really have to starve.
Eating homus with whole wheat bread is an excellent low carb-high protien meal.
Eat chicken, and free range chicken if possible, grilled not fried.
Add the chicken to a salad maybe... fibers help ur body a lot and their present in abunduntly in lettuce.
Furthermore, you can also eat 5 small meals a day 3 hours apart each. Make urself eat even if u don't feel like eating, because ur craving at night are a huge indicator that ur not eating enough during the day, and breakfast boosts ur overall metabolism by 10% throughout the whole day.
As for exercise, you can use the bike. It'l sterngthen ur knees but won't put too much pressure on them. You can also workout with wieghts, but light weights with high repititions.
These are just bullet points but they can go much deeper than how I briefly explained.
