Last year I did a 5 year contract with 24 Hour Nautilus!!!!! It was a great offer, and I used it for several months... but now I moved here, so I gave the membership to my neighbour who looks a bit like me... So no loss...
Exercise does not help make you lose weight unless you know what you are doing. I worked as an aerobics instructor for several years and noticed how much muscle I put on because of it... I hated my body a lot because of the way aerobics builds your muscles, and I build muscles fast!!!
I then did Hatha Yoga, and I loved it!!! It was not strenuous at all, yet I felt that I was getting adequate exercise while realxing and stretching at the same time... Also, ur muscle structure changes with Yoga!!! You build muscles differently and smoothly!!!! U stop gaining weight the same way as before!!!! Only people who have seriously done HATHA YOGA know what i am talking about...
I also did Pilates!!! Very nice and builds a beautiful body...
But here is a secret.... BIKRAM YOGA!!!!! WOOOOOOW!!!! A form of Yoga stretching done in a heated room...
So even if u are the most tense person ever who cannot stretch, the heat helps your body move in an unbelievable way...on top of that, you loose soooooo much weight!!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!!!! If you are not too fat, you are not allowed to do it more than once a week because you literally melt!!!!
Look it up!!! Wish there were Bikram Yoga classes here in Lebanon...
